Venturi tube
Venturi tubes (Venturi tube) are classified by structure into embedded Venturi tubes and insert Venturi tubes. It has achieved good results in the measurement of combustion air, cold air, gas (blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, converter gas) in chemical and metallurgical industries, and primary air and secondary air in power plant boilers, especially in large-diameter, low-velocity pipeline measurements. It solves the problem of accurate measurement of various gas flows in low-pressure, large-diameter, low-velocity pipelines in current industrial enterprises. It is a fluid measuring device with a wide measuring range and convenient installation. Its unique structural design and data processing methods are based on strict fluid mechanics principles, and it undergoes actual flow calibration before leaving the factory.
It can be widely applied in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, and other industries for the control and metering of large-diameter fluids.
Features of Venturi Tube
(1) Low resistance to fluid, approximately 150Pa, resulting in low energy consumption.
(2) Large differential pressure, high accuracy, wide measuring range.
(3) Good stability, with smooth differential pressure characteristics.
(4) Wide range of application, for general gases, flue gases, blast furnace gas with more impurities, etc., no clogging occurs during long-term use.
(5) Convenient installation, easy for long-term maintenance.
(6) Shorter upstream and downstream straight pipe sections compared to standard throttling devices, approximately 1.5D upstream and 1D downstream.
(7) Features online temperature and pressure self-correction design.
